This app is designed beautifully. Of course there's room for improvement, but it has serious potential. I've been wanting to cut down on my caffeine intake and this app gorgeously illustrates the amount of caffeine in your system. I didn't realize it stayed in your system so long. I'm definitely going to continue using this to track my intake and improve my sleep. It's a simple app, but effective at what it does. It's worth downloading and checking out, especially since it was free.
