Sat in line behind someone who ordered at the pick up window. Food was cold

I just moved to an area with a Cagneys down the street. I love being able to order a decent meal and pick it up through a drive thru on a busy day. Everyone at the restaurant is nice.  The app works great and they always follow my special requests.
