I ordered from this app for the first time. They made me wait for more than 7 days even after my order was in the same city pune (I could track the parcel on ekart portal), even after that tey did not deliver. I contacted cahoot customer care, they asked me to wait 3 more days. Even after that the order was not delivered. Afterall i asked customer care for a refund. They refunded the amount but i don’t know why they deducted around 150 rupees. If you can’t deliver the order its your problem. Why have you deducted my money???

When I purchased an order and wanted to return it, they said that the address is not serviceable, and then I called the customer support, they said that you can move to another address after a month then we can change. But when I changed to another and contacted again, they are saying sorry we can’t do anything.

Ordered was delivered on 4th June, try to call their customer support, no response, chated on whatsapp, for consecutive two days no live agents wrote an email no revert, now you can take an idea how unprofessional they are, My First & last order, will never suggest any one from delhi india capital only not able to get the product picked up in 5 days poor

Please don’t buy products from them! They deliver very low quality the fabric is very bad and they charge 100 rupee per item if u return the product! Basically they fail to deliver the right quality and u pay the price for that! Please stay away from such fraudsters.

Total scammers who are going to deduct shipping charge plus extra 100 bucks on every return item and still end up never processing the refund. Beware of these fraudsters, would seriously advice to never shop from this app.

This is such a worst app, 200₹ loss for me , we should pay for returning the product, what the hell???? Never going to use this app again. Worst experience. Dont ever use this app they send you worst fabric quality cloths and they are high price and when you try to return you should pay 100₹ on each product.

This is the worst fashion app i have ever seen because no proper customer care support and no proper delivery. I have got three days back out for delivery of my products till now no response. I have tried to call both delivery agents and even this app customer care support but no response from both ends. Now won’t suggest this app to anyone.
