They made me wait for more than 7 days even after my order was in the same city pune (I could track the parcel on ekart portal), even after that tey did not deliver. I contacted cahoot customer care, they asked me to wait 3 more days. Even after that the order was not delivered. Afterall i asked customer care for a refund. They refunded the amount but i don’t know why they deducted around 150 rupees. If you can’t deliver the order its your problem. I have been using those address for last 12 years and no other brands expect CampusSutra said that restricted. Why you are promoting your sale when you guys are not able to fulfil this in real.
