I have to log out and in multiple times to get it to work. Also the card still doesn’t work on Apple Pay! It’s 2023 and can’t add my card to Apple Pay. Pretty ridiculous. ### 3/5 — Constant issues *2021-11-07* Great app but it seems every other time I try to log in I get the “under maintenance” message. I have had to call twice now to get my account to allow me to log in. ### 1/5 — Can never log on *2019-03-11, version 18.3.70* Every time I try to log on it asks a security question and my daytime phone number. All goes well and then it sends me back to the log on screen. Horrible. ### 3/5 — “Serving those who serve”’ goes south! *2018-12-18* This version started well and I agree the check deposit feature IS easier. I also like the “soft credit score” availability. These features do not outweigh the headaches this version has caused me. Or all the phone calls I’ve made because “my information doesn’t match what they have on file.” Or when I get into my account- and can’t get any farther than the first page. I can meticulously input my own password correctly. Denied. Entered again, even slower, more deliberate. Denied. Per procedure, I am locked out after 3 attempts and am required to make (another) phone call to unlock my account. (Cue music and genuine thanks for being on hold.) There is NEVER a convenient time for this process. There are other ways to protect the security of my account. Phoning in once a month to unlock a frozen account/ phone is not one of them. We have been “true blue & gold” customers for 20 years. My time and patience is taking us to another banking institution. Perhaps they don’t “serve those who serve” but after all this mess, I’m looking for “security, simplicity of ease, and customer service that doesn’t imply that I’m the one doing everything wrong. ### 2/5 — Difficult *2018-06-28* I’m surprised they found a way to make this app even less user friendly and more difficult to navigate. 30 years with CAHP, I preferred to drive to Sacramento and do my banking than navigate this. And why do electronic transfers take 3 days? This is the 21st century, ### 1/5 — Worst App ever *2018-05-31, version 18.1.79* Never works, always just sends you on a loop. Every time I try to log on it NEVER accepts my ID/password. When I finally change my password with 5 ridiculous questions that must be answered, it doesn’t allow me to log in, taking me back to the first step all over again. Absolutely horrible ap!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — MAKE. IT. WORK. *2025-09-30* This app never works. Says it’s violating Apple security protocols but doesn’t say how? How lovely to have a mobile banking app but never have access to it because it says there’s a login error or it can’t be authenticated. But I go to the webpage and it works just fine. Make it work. ### 1/5 — Super buggy app *2023-02-24* I love the credit union, that being said this app is super buggy and fails to load all the time or other parts don’t work. I hate that you have to always answer you security question rather than using my Face ID. Lots of things that could be done to improve the user interface. Navy fed has a great app so I know it’s possible to improve, they just need to reach and talk to people to figure out what they need on their app. It also takes FOREVER for transfers to post when moving money in the app. Again, great credit union, not a great app. ### 1/5 — Mobil deposit is trash *2023-02-10* The Mobil deposit feature is garbage. Took photos on a dark background with a new iphone over 30 times and still it won’t go through. This happens every pay period. Check is already endorsed for this bank so I can’t take it to another. Does this bank want my money or not? Please fix this problem. ### 1/5 — incredibly unreliable *2022-07-12* the app works maybe 50% of the time i try to use it. I can log into my account on the website no problem, but the app always says it can’t validate my login credentials, even when there’s no difference in passwords or login info. I’m frequently getting kicked out of the app while I’m using it, and have to log back in. I work for the CHP, and have a terrible time trying to mobile deposit state checks. The app just doesn’t seem to be able to read the numbers at the bottom of the check. Every time I open up the app, it says “No connectivity...etc”. I’ve tried restarting my phone, restarting app, and also deleting app and uploading again. Still the same thing. Now I have to revert back to signing in through their website like I did in the past if I want to check my account. Disappointing... ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2019-04-15* This app needs major improvements!! Credit card info doesn’t even tell you your available balance like every other bank app out there. Within the last few weeks the app keeps kicking me off saying I don’t have internet connectivity when I do. Please fix this app soon. They are more like family which you can feel whenever you walk into there office.
