## What is CAHS Client Portal?

Welcome to the CAHS Client Portal, designed to help you connect with us in easier, faster ways. This portal will help you with the following:

Appointment Management
- Schedule or adjust appointments easily and quickly

Appointment Reminders
- Receive timely reminders about upcoming appointments

Telehealth Video Sessions
- Conduct convenient telehealth visits with our caring doctors and professionals (requires internet or wifi access)

Document Management
- Review, sign, upload, and manage your forms securely

Privacy and Security
- We honor and value your privacy and security with internal systems and controls that protect your personal information, privacy, and health records. We do not share your information with anyone, unless you specifically authorize us to do so (such as sharing information with your other health care providers)
