## What is Cairn Grove?

Cairn Grove is a privacy-focused wellness chat app that runs locally on your mobile device using Google’s Gemma model adapted for on-device use. After a one-time model download (~3gb of local storage), the app is fully functional in airplane mode.

No account is created. Your chats, summaries, and selected health information are kept locally on your device. The app does not send health information, chat content, or other personal information to any cloud or online storage location.

You control which health information, if any, may be summarized and accessed by the local model. You can use the app for general wellness reflection and personal health context without creating an online profile.
