I’ve been using it 1 month to get toward 10lbs loose weight goal. It’s so helpful that I can track everyday calories I take or burn and will reach my goal soon with the app. Awesome!!!

App has accurate AI food tracking , and also has exercise tracking as well, though the exercise list could be more comprehensive
