I keep buying the same subscription and can’t access it. I’ve tried it on my computer and my phone. I’ve contacted Customer Service five times without any response as to get any kind of help. I know this is a good magazine because the top cake decorators use it however, I cannot figure this out you have to pay for literally every issue! ### 1/5 — If only the app worked properly! *2024-01-25* I am sure that if the app worked properly it would be great, but I continue to struggle to access any of the magazines. The sign on does not recognise password again and again...! Can get to magazine after several attempts now but difficult to view and read. Contacted helpline but no help. Maybe it is better on iPad but useless on my iPhone. I wish I had gone for printed version.
