What credit union charges for transfers ($1.00) between checking and savings accounts?

What credit union charges an overdraft fee ($29) to savings for funds fully available in an associated checking account?

What credit union fails to fully fund a mortgage the day of closing despite availability of funds?

What credit union had no mechanism for cashing in US savings bonds— until I asked and pressed for this?

Why, FCU Cal State LA.

Save time and your hard earned money. 
Instead: I highly recommend non-punitive FCUs such as Schools First—who truly put their teachers first.

Its great to see that a small credit union has its own app, with that said I know it takes baby steps so I would like to suggest a few things that could make the app even better, for the record that apps runs well no hiccups yet.

My suggestion would be to add pending transactions and also we have to type in our password, please add biometric finger scanning.  Ability to send funds to one cal state account to another cal state checking acct # sort of like quick pay with Chase bank instant transfer in real time. 

The app is a little bland looking but the most important things that it runs, the look comes second.  Please make some upgrades.

When I pull down to refresh the accounts screen, it doesn’t actually refresh. 

I have to log out and then log back in to see changes in my account. 

Please fix this issue.

absolutely love this credit union! The app is so easy to use and you can do majority of your banking through this app! From zelle, billpay, automatic transfers and more.
