It’s so handy to be able to check which trash is being picked up each week. I also refer to it re: recyclable items. They always put me on the calendar within a week. Occasionally if I forget to put my can out, they are great at coming back, usually next day and for a small fee. They waived my fee the first time. The app gives me the option to report a problem; but I really hope to get this bug fixed sooner rather than later.
