While I like the app (both features and UI) there’s one major flaw which is annoying. There’s no way to tell my outstanding balance including pending charges easily. Many apps have a “pending” section which clearly shows the total amount of pending charges that will get added to the balance. With this app I never know what the actual balance is including the pending charges. It would be great if you designed the UI in a way that makes this easy to understand.

אני גרה בחול רוב השנה, כשהייתי צריכה לשנות סיסמה, שזה מבקש אוטומטית כל כמה זמן. 
לא יכלתי לשנות ולכן לא יכלתי להיכנס ולראות מה מצב החשבון בגלל שזה רק דרך אסמס.
אני חושבת שהגיע הזמן שתעשו את זה גם דרך מייל אנחנו בשנת 2022. סהכ אפליקציה מעולה ונוחה. מלבד הדבר הזה שבגללו שיגעתי את כל בני המשפחה ויכולתי לסדר את זה רק ברגע שהייתי בארץ לאחר 4 חודשים.

עם הפלאפון! זה פשוט חוצפה לגבות 17.90! למה? ריבית 18% מה אתם מס הכנסה? בהזדמנות הראשונה שהלואי שיהיה לי אני יעזוב אותכם בעזרת השם! !! רק הוא יושיע אותי מהריביות שלכם איזה טעות עשיתי! 300₪ ריבית בחודש! בלי לשים לב! ריבית 21% למי שלא מצליח לעמוד בהחזרים ! כל 4 חודש אתם מקבלים 1000₪ ריבית כאלללל! ועוד גובים 17.9 על כרטיס שמשלמים באפליקציה! איכס! קצת אנושיות למשפחות! קצת התחשבות במעוטי יכולות! לא יעזור לכם לתרום למגרש כדורגל כדי לכסות על העוולות האלה למשפחות! יש צדק בעולם והכדור עגול! מי שלמטה מחר למעלה!!

When I look for your app on my phone I search “Cal” every time. Why? Because that’s the name inside your logo! But it does not appear! I have to search ״קאל״. Please add the tag for searching your app on iOS by the name that you write inside your own logo! This is a lazy lack of attention to detail.

לאחר שלושה כרטיסי אשראי לא תקינים וניסיונות התקשרות מתישים אל שרות הלקוחות של כאל, הובטח לי כי מנהל יתקשר אלי היום עד לשעה 16:00. אך הדבר לא קרה. 
מדובר בזלזול ובשרות לקוחות מחפיר.

באופן כללי לחברת כאל, כרטיס אשראי משמש אנשים לא רק בישראל אלא לתשלום בכל העולם. לא הגיוני שהאופציה היחידה לאמת משהו היא דרך מספר טלפון שאינו פעיל בשום מקום בעולם חוץ מאשר בישראל.. מה עם אימות דרך האימייל? לא הכל דרך SMS .. אין SMS בחו״ל ברגע שמתמשים בסים זר, וזה גורם לכך שפשוט לא ניתן לבצע עסקאות.. לא כ״כ ברור איך זה הגיוני שככה מתנהלת החברה.
לגבי האפליקציה, אחד הבאגים האחרונים שנתקלתי בהם הוא שברגע שיש לי כמה תובנות, ואני לוחץ על הנורה אני רואה תובנה אחת. אם אני לוחץ על הכפתור כדי לראות את שאר התובנות העמוג יטען עד שאמות או אצא מהאפליקציה (המאוחר מבניהם).
עמוד ההטבות באפליקציה זה סיוט.. כפתורים שלא עובדים וקטנים כאילו התכוונו שנלחץ עליהם בעזרת מצביע של עכבר מחשב.
ובאופן כללי מרגיש שדחפו את האתר של כאל לתוך אפליקציה.. זה פשוט לא מרגיש כמו אפליקציה אלא יותר כמו גרסא לאייפון של הדפדפן שלכם..

לגבי זיהוי בחו"ל (וכמובן גם בארץ) – ניתן להזדהות במגוון דרכים שאינן מצריכות sms: האחת - זיהוי ביומטרי, והשנייה – באמצעות הקמת "שם משתמש" שמאפשר הזדהות עם סיסמא קבועה. שניהם זמינים בכל מקום ובכל זמן. תמיד לשירותך, כאל
