Tech support is like pulling teeth (painfull)
We have had the system for about 7 mounts, we have had installation issues and still waiting to get them resolved. There is a tech support line you can call but they just email your concern to the support team and you wait for a response.
The engine diagnostic the code is not usable. And it will not report on all buses, and it still unsure what it is going to report.
The system has gps but when you get to stop on the route it will not indicate that you are the at the stop one the route description.

Useless
This app is a waste. Our district Uses it to track buses. Latest IOS and phone but still useless. Try adding subs to your normal buses and show them on the map. Try finding comprehensive documentation on just the app and not desktop version on the website. Poorly constructed and horribly supported.

App works better on android
Recently switched to an iPhone and have had issues I did not have with android. It will not let me login to the app if I’m connected to WiFi, it says I have no connection. Also does not save my login information if app isn’t used for a few hours, android kept my login information. Lastly, if I tap the map button for navigation to the tracked vehicle it takes about a minute to load. Did not have any of these issues on android. Works fine for everything else so far.

Update isn’t good.
I didn’t like that last update. It spends most of the time buffering now. It’s getting frustrating. I loved it before the update.
