## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2021-08-28, version 2.27*

Got a blank screen whenever I tried to type in my name or date of birth

### 1/5 — Too limited

*2019-11-05, version 2.16*

I could live with the limited options but I took it off almost after installation because TOO MANY PRODUCTS AND randomly in MIXED CAPITALS and it’s annoying and you can’t enter custom foods. Nice idea but only half carried out.

### 1/5 — Мусорка

*2019-06-14*

Программа ни о чём. С Health работает только по весу 😂, никакой связи с введёнными данями в других преложениях вообще не предусмотренному

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2019-01-14, version 2.13*

Loaded it in the hope of improving my diet and I am aware that I may be missing out on some vital vitamins and minerals.
The app is based on eating branded products, if you cook for yourself you meet a real challenge.
I put in what I ate today it said no fibre but I entered porridge oats so I know I had fibre. This type of result means the results are not trustworthy so deleting the app and looking elsewhere.

### 1/5 — Seemed good

*2018-12-29, version 2.13*

Paid the money and realised nothing changed what you see is EXACTLY what you get. Don’t bother and deffo don’t pay!

### 1/5 — I would really like to like this app

*2018-08-19*

I was looking for an app that allows me to calculate more than just the basic parameters of my diet. Since I am restricting calories I would like to know if I am incurring any vitamin deficiencies at Cetera. This appears to be difficult to do. This app have the most promise for accomplishing this mission. However it is very cumbersome to use. Foods can only be entered in grams. While this may not be common in the US and common in Europe, for some things it is just inconvenient. For fresh fruits and the like, I don’t necessarily weigh before I eat them. I understand that makes it difficult to calculate exact numbers from the developer standpoint, but that is how we live. The database is also quite cumbersome with a heavy emphasis on cooked and prepared foods. Is nowhere near as easy to use as the Lose It! app that I typically use to monitor my dietary intake. Finally the app output data only in percentages of recommendations, which is not particularly useful to me. Recommended percentages are fine but I would like numbers also because my recommendations and the developers recommendations may be different. I will be deleting this app.

**Developer response:** Starting from the 2.13 you can change your recommendation income for any nutrient.
An ability to use imperial units is available from the 2.19 version.

P.S. Starting from the 2.22 version there is no need to weigh food, you can enter it in more understandable food portions such as a small or big apple, they are specified for a concrete food. Additionally, we updated the food search system, now it should be easier to find an appropriate one. All brand food should appear at the bottom of the search list.

Hope, you will return to us :)

### 1/5 — Full of bugs

*2016-04-09*

The app doesn't work, and it's full of bugs.
Also it doesn't offer what it's written in the description.

**Developer response:** We will appropriate if you give the details about bugs you have found

### 2/5 — Good start but could be much better

*2022-02-19*

Design and user experience is poor. Could be much more developed.
System with counting all nutrients is the best you can find in appstore, but lack of data of products make it almost useless. It doesn’t even have kefir, not to speak about goat kefir for example and similar products. way too limited data to be usedul for daily use.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Searching was significantly improved in the 2.30 version. Now you can find kefir and other products easily.
We are working on user experience improvements.

### 2/5 — Too complicated

*2020-09-11*

Couldn’t work out how to set up the free version. Adding products looks v complex. The how-to-use-this-app button didn’t work. I gave up with 5 minutes

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. The free version works as soon as you install the app. Yes, the "how to use" functionality seems to be broken. I will fix it in the next update, and let you know here.
If you have a vision how to make adding products simpler, please, write me an email through the "Feedback" button in the app. I will be very thankful to you.
P.s. Update is already available.

### 3/5 — Incomplete

*2024-01-05*

For the most part it looks like a great program. Lacking access to some nutrient tracking due to lack of knowledge for guidelines. Also disappointed that some nutrients are not offered to track, example chromium , colbalt and threonine. Not sure if I can make this work for my needs with these missing components. Disappointed

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback!
You can see that a progress bar for some nutrients is grey, it is because we didn't find a daily consumption recommendation for them, but you can set your own just by pressing on it. As soon as you set it, the progress bar will work.
Please, use the "USA SR Legacy" food database (you can enable it in the Filters screen), there are 5080 products which have information about Threonine. Unfortunately we don't have data about Chromium and Cobalt right now in our DBs.
We work hard to make the app design more user friendly.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Feedback

*2020-08-09*

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now but I love how easy it is. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family🙃

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback

### 5/5 — Complete calorie, nutrient, vitamin and mineral counter!

*2018-03-10*

If you need to monitor micronutrients like sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, etc., this is the only calorie counter that really does the job! It has a few quirks, like reporting my energy needs as “0.0 Kcal”, and using sneaky tricks to enter 113 grams of banana, but If you want to monitor an alkaline diet, this is the only diet calculator I have found that actually reports the info to calculate a PRAL score. I was delighted to find this app today after trying a very large number of apps that seemed promising, but just didn’t cut it. My kidneys are most grateful!

**Developer response:** The main report screen displays nutrient value a % of the recommended daily value that the app calculated from your parameters.
If the app recommend you "0.0 Kcal" is bug, and it will be fixed in one of the next versions

Puoi provare :)

### 4/5 — Great app

*2019-02-28, version 2.16*

Really happy with this app. It needs some development but it’s the best I’ve found for the job I want - assessing my vitamin and mineral intake. If you are making your own food make sure you select one of the lower case options under the products section. The lower case options include a comprehensive list of the vitamins and minerals you’ll be getting. I’m guessing that the upper case products are brands only and the manufacturer hasn’t included a detailed breakdown of nutrients even though they might be there.
