This is a flaw shared by a lot of the iPad calculator apps, which is a shame considering that the keyboard has been a common accessory for many years now. ### 4/5 — Wonderful App, but… *2024-08-16, version 6.8.6* The time and date calculator has a small bug. It correctly calculates the difference between two dates and times, but is off by one when calculating a date/time a certain number of days in the past or future. The calculation is always off by one hour. For instance, if you asked for the date/time 1 hour from Feb 2, 9:00, it will say Feb 2, 11:00. If you ask for the date/time 0 days and 0 hours away, it will say Feb 2 10:00. Whether you’re using it for straight trig functions, calculus, stats or even conversions, this app covers everything. It does look weird when used in class but hey, it’s free. The large buttons are extremely useful for people with disabilities including manual and visual. I wish there were more sound effect functions but I digress. As a calculator, you can’t ask for a more comprehensive app. As others have said, it’s “extremely useful”. Play around with it. The different calculators, the ease-of-use, the customizability of the calculators was fantastic! Now for some reason when I go into the app it automatically closes. I go into the app again, and again, and it just closes. It will not allow me to use the app at all. Originally the rating would have been five stars, but now as I cannot use the app I am regretful to have to rate it a one star. I hope somehow my issue can be resolved. Most functionality appears restricted unless payments are made. During my efforts to discover what little is at first available, the view changed from landscape to portrait several times, despite the iPad remaining horizontal on my desk. This seemed to happen when returning to the calculator from the menu which told me I needed to make payment to unlock various features. Very irritating, this did not fill me with any confidence to explore further. ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2019-09-09, version 6.6.0* This was my go to calculator for everything. However updated my iPad and they don’t link your in store purchases so you have to pay a second time to get rid of the advertisements which are most annoying. Tried emailing customer service multiple times but they never respond. ### 1/5 — Full screen ads *2017-11-01, version 6.6.0* They use full screen ads for an app that is not ever the full version. I think that developers that use full screen ads vrs banners do not deserve my money. It makes them look desperate and greedy.
