PRGM commands now match the real machines:

• While editing a program, SHIFT+9 opens CLR; 1:Mem inserts ClrMemory (or ClrStat in an SD/REG program)
• SHIFT+MODE+1/2/3 inserts Deg / Rad / Gra
• CLR is also available from the PRGM menus
• ClrMemory clears A–F, X, Y and M; ClrStat clears statistical data
• Restored on both fx-50FH II and fx-3650PII

Calculation accuracy fixes and statistics upgrades:

• CMPLX: √, sin, log and other functions now work alongside i, so 2√(3)i no
  longer returns Math ERROR
• CMPLX: square, cube and reciprocal of a complex value are supported, as is
  -(1+i)
• CMPLX: complex results use the same digit formatting as COMP, without
  floating point noise
• Statistics: SD and REG accept x;frequency entry, so the mean and standard
  deviation are weighted correctly
• Statistics: S-VAR adds y-hat and x-hat regression estimates plus minX, maxX,
  minY and maxY
• BASE: the LOGIC menu gains a second page with XNOR and NEG
• BASE: NOT precedence fixed — NOT 1+1 is now (NOT 1)+1
• BASE: scientific functions report Syntax ERROR instead of quietly returning a
  wrong answer
• PRGM: chained comparisons in If and While, such as 1≤A≤5, no longer fail
