I loved the fact that there’s a conversion side to this calculator. The only downside is that there isn’t many unit for currency conversion. It hasn’t supported any new iOS features for years and it’s officially out of date with the latest iPhones with parts of the interface clashing with the Dynamic Island. Is is time to abandon it for an app like Calzy? Today I launched the app and now my history tape is locked. The app is bugging me every chance it gets to upgrade to pro. Look, I wouldn’t mind paying $10 for this app upfront, but to take away core features and then to lock it behind a $2 paywall absolutely paints you as a scam company. What’s next, take away the core features again and force the user to upgrade to a subscription? TapBots used to be a slick app company, but it seems like ever since they lost access to Twitter APIs, everything went downhill. ### 1/5 — EQUALS SIGN IS NOT AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER. *2024-05-02* Calcbot is almost the perfect calculator, but I hate the placement of = sign. If you compare it with the iPhone calculator, (the official app for iPhone ), you will notice the position of = is right below plus button and on the bottom right corner of the UI. This position is essential because of muscle memory, we first keep looking for the button right where it is supposed to be. But in this app, it is not in the bottom right corner, and it’s one button to the left which kind of messes with the fast typing and I hate it. I regret buying the app for this particular reason, I don’t know why you guys didn’t place it at bottom right corner, but it really messes with my workflow. I know you guys work really hard to make these apps, so no disrespect to you guys but please consider relocating the position of the equal button. Heck, I will another dollar if you give an option to enable the new UI. At least, consider adding a Settings to relocate the position of the button for users, who want to. ### 1/5 — Leeeeeee *2024-04-27* Обновите уже приложение!!! A great calculator app, plus iPad version.
