### 5/5 — A Reliable, All-in-One Health Management App

*2025-12-30, version 1.586.0*

Calcium Digital Health AI has made managing my health a lot easier and more organized. Instead of juggling multiple apps or trying to keep track of things on paper, everything I need is in one place. I can monitor my vitals, stay on top of my medications, and keep a clear record of my health information without any confusion.

What I like most is that it actually works the way it’s supposed to. The layout is simple, it syncs well, and it gives me one system I can rely on. Being able to share information when needed is also a big plus.

If you want a digital health tool that is clean, dependable, and genuinely helpful, this app does the job extremely well.

### 1/5 — App stuck with “need to update “

*2022-04-26, version 1.287.0*

Went to log in this morning and the app requested an update. Went to update and the Apple App Store indicated the app is updated. So now I am stuck with an app that won’t work until it’s updated and the App Store that says it already is. Deleted the app and reinstalled, same problem.

### 1/5 — Login Issues

*2022-03-18, version 1.252.0*

The app just spins when trying to login. I have tried it on two different devices.

### 1/5 — Glitchy

*2022-01-04, version 1.214.0*

With recent update, lucky if the app works 50% of the time. Frustrating.

### 1/5 — Spams you with useless notifications

*2021-11-23, version 1.204.0*

I have notifications turned on because I need them for important health reminders. But Health Champion spams me incessantly with notifications of other useless types from summaries to random recommendations that have next to nothing to do with how I use the app. I asked if there was a way to silence notifications for things I don’t need, and their support team emailed me back that there is not. Need crucial health notifications? Get them from a different app, because this one will bury them under useless reminders you don’t care about.

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2020-10-06, version 1.133.0*

To many problems, info gets lost then reappears. It’s terrible

### 1/5 — Great to monitor my health

*2020-04-02, version 1.93.0*

I decided to give this new app a try. I was skeptical at first about how much I’d use it but it’s been easy to take a more proactive approach to my health with it. I love being able to see my lab results from the doctor without having to go to my doctor’s website. Saves me so much time and effort! I also love that it helps me make sense of the lab result numbers. (Worth 5 stars just for that!)

I’m a fan of graphs so seeing the health data I track over time in charts is pretty sweet, too. :)

### 1/5 — The core feature for the app doesn’t exist yet

*2020-02-10, version 1.80.0*

Was reading an article from a year ago saying this app connects health records automatically. But that isn’t true, maybe it will in the future but right now it’s an app I’m deleting

### 4/5 — Cool

*2025-09-18, version 1.581.0*

Makes managing my symptoms so much simpler.

### 4/5 — Nice

*2025-09-05, version 1.580.0*

App helps me stay on top of multiple prescriptions. i just wish that I could download my full record.

### 4/5 — Awesome

*2025-09-03, version 1.580.0*

Perfect for keeping my doctor updated of my symptoms.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Clean, organized, and useful

*2026-01-06, version 1.586.0*

I’ve enjoyed using Calcium Digital Health AI so far. The layout is clean, and the medication manager is especially helpful for staying on track. I also like having the journal and pathways library in one app. It’s been easy to navigate and feels thoughtfully designed

### 5/5 — Solid Health Management App

*2026-01-04, version 1.586.0*

As a younger guy I’ve only recently decided it may be a good idea to actually maintain and manage data and info related to my personal health. At times it seemed so daunting and this contributed to why I would avoid doing so for so long. I think this app can really help people in a similar situation to the one I’m in simply by serving as a single central hub for all of your medical data. Knowing that by doing the work to gather the necessary data I’m building a cohesive personal database has helped me focus on the important things while also allowing me to feel like I’m actually making tangible progress. There are a ton of other features as well, all of which I’ve also found to be useful and informative. In summary, it’s a great tool for consolidating your medical data into a single location while also offering additional value through a wide variety of services it can provide.

### 5/5 — An wonderful app that tracks your health journey

*2026-01-04, version 1.586.0*

This app is a great way to keep track of your health with its health index score that helps you keep track of your health. Having this score is a great tool for individuals to track where there are in their self improvement journey and acts as a great motivator since you are challenged to improve your score.

Aside from that, it is a very effective tool to check all of your health data in one place.

All in all a really great app for your needs.

### 5/5 — Ultimate Health Hub!

*2026-01-04, version 1.586.0*

Just started using this app and I’m already impressed. It’s easy to use, not overwhelming, and the guided pathways are a really nice touch ~ I’ve been enjoying one focused on healthy eating. It makes managing health feel more doable. Definitely worth downloading!

### 5/5 — Rough but Promising

*2026-01-04, version 1.586.0*

A bit rough around the edges but the functionality has been pretty useful. Part of my goals for the new year were to be more mindful about my health + habits and if you don’t track you can’t measure so this has been pretty great for me and already led to some revelations. Anyway, I’m looking forward to updates and improvement and I wish everyone a healthy and happy New Year!

### 5/5 — Love this app!!!

If you’re searching for an app that allows you to focus on all your health and fitness needs, I highly suggest Calcium Digital Health. With its unique features like the medication manager to track your medications, pathways library to track and learn about your health, and compete in fitness challenges, and a health journal to document any symptoms or journal your fitness goals, you’ll find everything that you need regarding your health all in one place. All that you need to track your health and jump start your way to a healthier you, is right on the Calcium Digital Health App. This app is amazing!!!

### 5/5 — Makes Managing My Health So Much Easier

*2025-12-30, version 1.586.0*

The calcium app is packed with helpful features that make it so much easier for me to stay on top of my health. One of my favorite features is the medication tracker. The tracker helps me remember to take my meds consistently and on schedule. I also really like how simple and clean the app looks which makes it easy to use even on busy days. Overall, the app makes managing my daily health routine feel much more organized and stress free.

### 5/5 — Everything in one place!

*2025-12-30, version 1.586.0*

I just downloaded the Calcuim app and I was surprised with how robust the application is. Registration was easy- especially if you have an ID.me account. I was able to connect my Apple Watch and the Health app to the Calcium app. There are two features I really like: 1) I can forward the data collected in the app to a friend/family member or to my doctor and 2) I can have all of my doctor/ hospital health records accessible in the app so I have all of my medical data in one place. Plus, there are several health challenges available that have good prizes for the winners to help keep my motivation up.

### 5/5 — Love this App !

*2025-12-30, version 1.586.0*

As a 26-year-old woman who is newly postpartum, I found the Calcium app surprisingly helpful after spending some time exploring it. The layout is easy to understand, and I liked being able to track symptoms and general wellness in one place. Postpartum life can feel overwhelming, so having reminders and health information organized really helps. The app feels supportive and reassuring, especially during recovery when staying on top of your health matters most.

### 5/5 — Great App for Caregivers!

*2025-12-30, version 1.586.0*

I recently started using Calcium Digital Health AI, and it’s already been a helpful addition to my daily routine. I like how easy it is to track my medications and see whether I’ve taken or skipped a dose. The app also allows me to log my blood pressure, set target ranges, and record temperature measurements, all in one place. One feature that really stands out to me is the pathways library, especially the COVID-19 risk screening tool, which I find extremely useful for caregivers and families. Overall, the app feels well organized, supportive, and reassuring to use on a daily basis.
