I’ve never heard of a bank not being able to reverse a fee. Seeing as people go through hardships there should be courtesy reversals. All I wanted to do was close out my account that had a negative $13 fee added when I haven’t even used the account for 2 months. You’re going to charge me for not using it then say there’s no reversal? This bank has been nothing but a burden on me since opening it. I will pay my fee and never come back. Stick with big banks. This bank is not updated technology wise seeing as you also have to fill out a form and email it back to close out your account. I’m going to stop opening credit unions with my jobs.
