Je suis en train de me faire prélever sur mon compte sans ne pouvoir rien faire. Vous avez prélevé cinq fois le montant à 15 jours d’intervalle. Je vous remercie de me rembourser immédiatement et de supprimer mes données.

Die App hängt sich schon auf, bei der Angabe der Größe!! Wenn es schon da Probleme gibt, wird die Funktion & Genauigkeit ebenfalls absolut unterirdisch sein!!! Ich bin mir auch sehr sicher, dass die bisher 13 Bewertungen alles Fake-Bewertungen sind!!! Vermutlich von den Entwicklern selbstvund deren Freunde, Bekannte🤔

I am trying to cancel my subscription and I didn’t. The cancellation button in the app is not working. I am sending email to support all day and nothing happens. PLEASE don’t contract this service.

Ich hatte schon befürchtet, dass diese App nicht richtig funktionieren würde. Ich habe das Jahresabo für 21 € angenommen, und zum Glück hat es geklappt, aber das Fotografieren funktioniert nicht. Die Spracherkennung ist noch in der Entwicklung und muss dringend verbessert werden, denn sie erkennt nicht, ob es sich bei der Kürbiscremesuppe um eine cremige oder eine Tomatensuppe handelt. Auch die Größe des Croissants wird nicht erkannt. Man muss es per Spracheingabe sagen. Wenn ich etwas schreiben muss, benutze ich meine alte App, die einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Ich muss einfach ein Foto machen und ein perfektes Ergebnis erzielen können. Man kann seine Versprechen nicht einhalten, also lasst es lieber sein, denn früher oder später werdet ihr scheitern.

I tried this app but no matter what I did, it would not save my biometric data or goals data so my calories available was way off.

Leider muss ich mich mein Vorgänger anschließen. Ich habe die Anfangsfragen beantwortet. Zuerst ist nichts zu sehen nach etwa 5-10 Minuten steht den man erstelle den Plan und dann habe ich weitere 30 Minuten gewartet, in der Hoffnung das sich etwas tut war leider nicht der fall. Es wird, wie leider so oft, nur Geld ins Marketing gesteckt anstatt eine gescheite App zu entwickeln. Fazit lasst die Finger davon! Die Bewertung sind vermutlich auch von den Angestellten/Bekannten/ Freunde vorgenommen worden um die App zu Pushen! Marketing halt!

I have tried this, it is not able to identify the image first of all. Second is when i explain whats in the ingredients it still count wrong calories.
Please work on your app. We have requirement for this kind of app but what’s the point if it is not correct.
