Calculator Lock disguises itself as a regular calculator but functions as a secure vault. It allows you to import and store private photos, videos, and notes, protecting them with a PIN or pattern lock. The app also includes features like intruder alerts and a private browser for enhanced privacy.
All media must be manually imported into the secure vault from your device. To unhide media, use the unlock button within the app whenever needed. It's important to note that the app does not access or modify photos from your device's native Photos app.
The app is free to download and use, but it offers in-app purchases. This means you can use the core features for free, with options to purchase additional functionalities or remove ads.
Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all files stored within the secure vault. It is crucial to ensure all your important media is backed up or unlocked before uninstalling the application to avoid data loss.
If you forget your password, you can initiate a recovery process. Enter any wrong password four times and click the '=' button. Then, click on 'FORGET' in the top right corner. Select your security question and enter the corresponding text to reset your password.
