The rest is perfect. ### 3/5 — Be careful PERCENTAGE ERROR *2026-02-26, version 4.6.1* Be careful when using percentage as it does not give correct results. I tested several times with other calculators. EXAMPLE USED: 4621.80 X24.33 percent = 1109.23. Except this is not correct result, it should read $1124.48. I did e-mail the developer and got no correction, no answer. I deleted the app on my new M4, 24” I Mac and re downloaded to get the lates version to no avail. (feb 25, 2026). But now … WHO THOUGHT THE SCRIBBLE PAD WAS A GOOD IDEA AND WHY MAKE IT SO THST YOU CAN’T HIDE OR REMOVE THE SCRIBBLE PAD. My previous reviews: This used to be a great app, especially with the scrolling tally to the side. Now the tally, when it works, is above the keyboard and is no where as useful. The whole look and feel of it is just bland and just like all the others. It also doesn’t work on my iPhone. I have deleted this and will look for new calculator, I have also asked for a refund. An update: I have reinstalled this as the basic version on my iPad. The tally (tape) still doesn’t work on my iPhone, which is a shame. However, one very important ‘feature’ of this app is that NO DATA is collected about you and therefore not shared with any other app of third party company. This is very important if you value privacy. Another update. I’ve never been a fan of the basic calculator that comes with the iPhone or iPad, so I downloaded Calculator Max a while ago and I’ve loved it ever since. The recent update has only made it better, and I really appreciate the effort the developers have put into improving it. Compared to other calculator apps I’ve tried, this one stands out. The interface is clean and intuitive, the layout is great, and the functionality is spot on. The history feature is a game changer, it makes it so easy to check and re-use past calculations. After testing so many alternatives, I can honestly say this app is in a league of its own. Upgrading is absolutely worth it.
