It had a lot of really nice features, and so I paid for the premium version of the app years ago. At some point, they switched to a subscription model and took away all the features I loved about the app. Can’t recommend in good conscience at this point. ### 1/5 — Used for years, now leaving *2025-12-01, version 2.9.26* One of the updates from about a year ago absolutely ruined this app, then some of the popups and money grabs started to get walked back. Today bouncing back and forth between my checking app and this calculator Id get a pop up every single time. No more. I’m done. I kept it out of laziness since I had it for so long. I’m going back to using the default calculator app. ### 1/5 — App is now terrible *2025-10-16, version 2.9.26* I’ve been using this as my main calculator for over 6 years now and since their update about a year ago, I lost all the things I paid for. I got the premium version in middle school and now I lost all the features I paid for initially like the custom themes and the custom arrangement of the buttons. They also changed the way copy paste works which makes it way worse. Also in some cases it does PEMDAS wrong (idek how lol). Overall, I think the team ruined the best overall calculator, and if desmos scientific calculator had slightly better UI, this app would be completely obsolete. ### 1/5 — Now timed trial, no free w/ads version *2025-06-01, version 2.9.26* Previous version I was using was free with ads, now being forced to either buy it monthly or yearly otherwise it doesn’t work. THANKS BUT NO THANKS won’t be held ransom to pay a monthly or yearly tax to use an app. ### 1/5 — Not honest *2025-03-16, version 2.9.20* Have you ever come across a company that isn’t truthful? I want to share my experience with one that has disappointed me. I purchased an app a while ago that was supposed to have a lifetime license, but now they’ve changed their policy and are trying to make me pay more money. I refuse to do that because it isn’t worth it to me. What’s even more frustrating is their awful customer service. You can find good free app with same or even better quality.
