I love that it does 1 thing really well - which is rare when so many apps and services try to be everything to everyone. My ONLY gripe is displaying the Date on the app icon looks like a notification (you might be confused that you have 20 invites when in fact it’s just the 20th of of the Month). Keep up the good work. ### 3/5 — Can't connect to subscription *2021-08-04, version 1.3.0* Paid up until May next year but since the name change confusion Yearly to Calendar by 44 or whatever, I can no longer reconnect to my subscription. It's there on my apple subscription list but app doesn't want to know. Tried to reach Apple but as the app is free they make it stupidly hard to seek a resolution. Your ‘app support’ web page is also less than helpful too just highlighting features but no way of actually seeking support. Your subscription isn't cheap so this is not good enough. Sadly then, resorting to reaching out here. ### 5/5 — Work Shift *2021-04-24* Thank you so much for making this app it’s beautiful. If you can implement work shifts into this that would be amazing. I work all three shifts and OT. I can either come early or stay later for any amount of time. Also can you implement a solid color box around the input words. For example if I work mornings I can input Morning and the color box would be yellow. Afternoon could be Orange and Night could be Blue. So they look good side by side throughout the week. On my day off it can be OFF in green box. Something like that. It... *2020-12-27, version 1.2.8* Feels more like everything is in one place as promised so ease of use once you figure it out is a snap. ### 5/5 — Nice and clean *2020-11-26* Nice and clean. The Monthly interface is clean, easy to read - but lacks the ability to change the row depth. For instance if I have 5 or 6 events on a single day, I'll see 3 or 4 events and then a notation below that says +2. I would like the ability to auto expand the row depth to show X amount of events. Everyone else is hooked on the concept that the whole month must be viewed as a whole without scrolling - not me - those other apps look extremely scrunched on the month view. I would rather see my monthly events line by line and this app does just that. Love that. Just need a bit more flexibility. ### 5/5 — My favorite calendar app *2020-11-25* I tried several calendar apps over the years. The issue always seemed to be that it was tough to see everything once the calendar got filled up. This one solves it for me. I have my phone in dark mode and utilize the different colors for different entries (personal, work, family etc.) The colors jump off the screen!! For anyone that likes having a calendar that shows everything in a clean, concise way, this is the one for you. ### 5/5 — Great Calendar replacement *2020-11-20* Dang, this app is my bread and butter. Intuitive, B-E-A-UTIFUL design! And the animations are subtle and perfect. If you’re trying it and are even considering other apps...DONT...this app is it people. Succumbs to Greed *2020-12-19, version 1.2.8* I can't believe you changed this premium app to another greedy subscription plan app. The whole reason I even bought this calendar in the first place is because it was a premium, pay once program. Now it's just another monumental ripoff asking the user to pay forever. This is a calendar, not a service! ### 1/5 — Expensive and unreliable on iOS 14 + *2020-10-02, version 1.1.9* Seems ok, but fails to load reminders etc without restarting the phone. In a group the day date is added to any reminders for the day, and when opened first thing in the morning, the date badge still shows the day before. It is completely unreasonable and unjustified, especially when there are so many great free calendar apps out there. Fix your pricing while you build this app to meet feature-parity of those two apps, then reconsider your pricing model. You won’t grow to be their size while your barrier to entry is so high. ### 2/5 — It’s got a way to go *2020-02-23, version 1.0.6* This isn’t a bad start but right now this is a premium calendar by any means. - It can’t look up contacts addresses. - language parsing is way behind the competition. - too many taps to edit time for event duration longer than one hour. - more ways to view your schedule needed like a week view. But that said, it is smooth in it’s animation and the agenda view you get when you tap a day in the month is nice. It’s very much like the new agenda style of fantastical v3. That’s a nice clear way to show all day events. So the addition of a graphical week view and more efficient event creation process would be a great first step to improve it. Next the language parsing needs some serious work to compete with the likes of fantastical. In this calendars current state I wouldn’t be happy to pay more than 79p for it. Sorry but it’s not worth the £9.99 price tag without the work to compete with the big players in that price range. ### 2/5 — Non functioning *2020-02-22* In the setting the support tab is not responding. I am confused about the superiority of this app. How should we use it? How to integrate it with vantage. Why not provide a detailed instruction. Or else it is just an ordinary app. **Developer response:** Hi there. It is an ordinary app in the sense that it's a stand-alone calendar app. It is not a companion app to Vantage, but a separate product designed for making calendaring fast, rather than less mundane like Vantage. ### 2/5 — So Far.... *2020-02-17* So let’s see if I have this straight.... After being a charter Vantage subscriber, I get to pay $10 for this app one time and AGAIN for the iPhone app? After paying for the original Vantage apps? And why no syncing with the Vantage app as to colors? You guys never did come up with a cloud solution for syncing colors and stickers between the original Vantage iPhone and iPad apps. And you never did port to Mac Catalina. Promises made and NOT kept. Sad. **Developer response:** Hi there. We launched sync between iPhone/iPad during the fall for some users, and for all users a couple of months ago. You need to have granted access to both Reminders and Calendar Events in order for it to appear though. And also be on the latest version on both devices. Just to clear a few more things about price, neither of our apps are subscriptions, both are one-time purchases. And they're separate apps designed for different purposes, so they're separate purchases too. But both are one-time purchases. A version for Mac is being worked on and the plan is to get it done before summer. I love that you can view all your events and to-do lists in the monthly format as I like typically like to plan ahead. I also like how you can add a custom widget on the iPhone to get a horizontal weekly preview in a clean list format to preview what events are coming up next.
