## What is Calendar Timeline?

With the Calendar Timeline App for watchOS you'll get a nice overview of the calendar entries within the next seven days – also reminder for today and earlier are supported in one single app.

The app comes with a set of complications – also with a nice big complication for Modular Duo and Infograph Modular watch faces. In this complication you'll see all events and reminder of the day and got the next one display above.

HUGE Update: Now you can choose your favorite style!

· Fixed timeline: Fixed timespan from 6 am to 12 am

· Dynamic timeline: The timeline shows the timespan from first to last event of the day with 1 hour padding each side

· Dynamic timeline with actual time: Like dynamic but with the actual time marker (if before first or past last event)

· Moving timeline: You will see a 4 hour timespan for the future and the timeline is moving through the day (only style where the next day do not get shown when after 6 pm and past the last event)

· Also you can choose if you like the full big image on your watch face or like the next event text and actual date on top of the timeline.

· You can switch on text in timeline which (mostly) fully displays your event text.

· Even add you favorite tint color.

With these settings you can configure your own style on your own watch face!


** IMPORTANT NOTE ** 

The big graph complication / widget only runs with Apple Watch Series 4 and higher (high detail watch faces like Modular Duo, Infograph Modular or Infograph Compact watch faces). MDM (company) managed devices may do not provide calendar data even when granted access since watchOS only apps cannot read MDM profiles. Since watchOS 10 the Complication maybe need some time to refresh to new settings due to Apples refresh policy.

** CANNOT RE-DOWNLOAD THE APP? **

For watchOS only apps you need to open AppStore on your watch itself and search for calendar timeline to re-download the app. Sorry for that, but that's Apples flow for watchOS only apps.

Sehr praktische App/Komplikationen. Cool wäre noch wenn die Möglichkeiten der kleinen Komplikationen ausgereizt werden würden. Z.B. eine kleine Komplikation mit der Uhrzeit des nächsten Termins wie bei der Apple Kalender Komplikation oder mit der Anzahl der Todos.

... echt tolle APP für die Apple Watch, übersichtlich, vielfach konfigurierbar, alles soweit gut gemacht - aber, ich verwende 2 Watches, eine nachts, die andere tagsüber, mit der Konsequenz, dass die Kalenderzugriffe der APP jeden morgen neu erteilt werden müssen oder manchmal sogar die App von der Uhr gelöscht und von der Cloud neu installiert werden muss ... kann ma das nicht für Nurzer mehrerer Uhren am gleichen Handy eleganter lösen?

Was mir noch fehlt wäre eine größere Darstellung bei nur wenigen Terminen. Die Balken bleiben trotz nur 2 Terminen so klein wie bei zig anstehenden Terminen.
Und ich würde gerne auswählen können welche Kalender angezeigt werden sollen anstatt pauschal alle iOS Kalender

**Developer response:** Hi, also grundsätzlich soll die Optik durchgängig bleiben - egal ob du mal nur zwei oder viel auf dem Plan hast. Aber für Personen wo wenige los ist gibt es die 3 bzw 7 Tage Ansicht. Achtung: 7 Tage Ansicht immer ohne Text. Ansonsten kannst du in den settings (swipe in der App rechts) ganz unten auch die aktiven Kalender einstellen. Wenn es dir gefällt wäre ich über 5 Sterne glücklich ;) Viele Grüße, Kevin

Not as shown in the screenshots. All my entries have white stripes even though my original entries do have different colors.

**Developer response:** Hi! You need to check your settings. Screenshots style is for sure available - there is a setting for white text background. Also make sure to use the colored watch face not a duo tone. Would be nice if you upgrade your review if everything works. Best, Kevin

That’s apples native behavior - you cannot select full access afterwards. Only on install for first time. So delete the app from app watch - download it via AppStore on your watch again (not on iPhone). After first launch you need to select full access.

Very useful app for the Watch. Shows more details than the stock Apple timeline view. But the app has not been updated in a while and does not work with a colored background. Also not as pretty as the stock app.
