I’ve used myCal for 7 years and I loved it. A few days ago, all events disappeared overnight. Everything is gone. I'm devastated.  (And before someone would smartly say ohh did you check if the calendars are enabled? Yes.. yes they are.)

It is hard to touch and see entries. The alerts section is convoluted and unnecessarily complex

This is the second time this has happened my whole yearly diary disappeared. I use this app for everything work appointments, day to day things, schooling, holidays reminders and it’s completely wiped again. Will be deleting and using another app

Ich war bis dato relativ zufrieden. Bis vor einer Woche. Was auch immer passiert ist, alles in meinem Kalender war auf einmal gelöscht. Nichts mehr vorhanden. Katastrophe, da ich ausschließlich mit diesem Kalender gearbeitet hatte. Ich habe den Support dreimal angeschrieben, dreimal. Da kommt nichts keine Reaktion rein gar nichts. Ich hatte auch den Zusatz damals gekauft, auch das lässt sich nicht mehr wirklich herstellen. Finde ich unter aller Sau!! Der Kalender Ansicht, ist ok. Nun suche ich mir einen anderen.

**Developer response:** Hi! Es tut mir leid, von Ihren Erfahrungen mit dem Support zu hören, ich kann mich nicht erinnern, irgendwelche E-Mails zu diesem Thema gesehen zu haben. Kannst du es noch einmal versuchen?
Normalerweise hängt das Problem entweder mit dem versehentlichen Setzen eines Filters zusammen, der Ihre Ereignisse ausblenden würde, oder mit einem Problem mit iCloud.
Versuchen Sie erneut, dem Support eine E-Mail zu senden, ich werde meine Augen offen halten.
