都道府県名、一次細分区域等、計測地点都市名、ユーザー選択地名

具体例
現在、本アプリのSETTING画面で「横須賀志」を選択。
この場合、天気画面最上部に表示されるのが、
「神奈川県 頭部地方 横浜市 /*横須賀志」です。

東部地方とは、天気サーバーが横須賀市がある
一次細分区域等での地方名が表示されます。

横浜市とは、一次細分区域等で実際に観測している都市名が表示されます。

/*横須賀市とは、ユーザーがSETTING画面で選択している都市名です。

ですので、実際に選択している都市と実際観測している都市名が
違う場合があります。

次に、当日の最低気温表示についてです。
当日の最低気温は天気サーバーから送信されません。
また、17:00以降では最高気温のデータも送信されません。
その場合、本アプリでは、「N/A℃」と表示します。

降水確率についてです。
降水確率は、0時〜6時・6時〜12時・12時〜18時・18時〜24時、
の4つの時間帯降水確率を表示します。
しかし、それぞれの時間が過ぎている場合、
天気サーバーからデータ送信されないため、
本アプリでは、「--%」と表示されます。
