## What is Caletus?

Caletus is the meeting scheduler for consultants, sales teams, recruiters, agencies and service businesses. Share one booking link, let people pick a time that works, and run every meeting from your phone, from the first booking to the AI notes afterwards.

SHARE ONE LINK. GET BOOKED.
• Create booking pages for intro calls, demos, interviews, consultations, onboarding and support
• One-on-one, group and recurring meeting types
• Invitees see your real availability in their own time zone
• Ask custom questions when people book
• Confirmation emails and calendar invites go out automatically
• Add your booking page to your website, or share the link anywhere

AI MEETING SUMMARIES & TRANSCRIPTS
• Record meetings and get a full written transcript
• AI writes the summary, key decisions, topics and action items for you
• A follow-up email draft is ready to copy and send
• Search the transcript to find any moment fast
• Regenerate a summary when you want a fresh version

GOOGLE, OUTLOOK & APPLE CALENDAR
• Connect Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar (iCloud)
• Busy times block your booking slots, so you are never double booked
• New bookings land on the calendar you choose
• See your week or month in one calendar view, with an agenda of what's next

YOUR HOURS. YOUR RULES.
• Set weekly working hours, with several time ranges per day
• Add buffers between meetings, daily and weekly meeting limits, and minimum notice
• Block holidays and override single dates
• Keep different schedules for different meeting types

ZOOM, MEET, TEAMS & MORE
• Meeting links are created for you on Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and Whereby
• Recordings and AI notes from Caletus video meetings
• Phone calls and in-person locations work too
• See upcoming and completed meetings, then reschedule or cancel in a tap

YOUR WHOLE TEAM, IN SYNC
• Invite teammates to your workspace
• Manage roles: owner, admin, user and finance
• See each member's meetings and workload in one place
• Keep everyone's availability and bookings organised

SEE WHAT GROWS BOOKINGS
