## What is CalGap?

CalGap 用一个能量环帮你看清每天摄入与消耗的平衡。

拍照即知热量 — AI 自动识别食物，3 秒估算热量和营养成分。支持中餐，Gemini + GPT 双引擎。

Apple Health 深度联动 — 自动读取基础代谢、运动消耗、步数。有 Apple Watch 更精准，没有也能用。

能量环一目了然 — 外环是消耗，内环是摄入，中间是你的能量缺口。不用算，一眼看懂。

CalGap 不做什么：
- 不做社交，不搞排行榜
- 不制造焦虑，没有红色警告
- 不要求精确，显示范围而非小数点
- 不做连续打卡，超了就超了，明天继续
