You’re the most expensive of all the stores in this area. Even higher than Safeways. Do they not know how to update their own app? I also don’t like having to spin the wheel for each contest before I can get to the next one. Your app has done an update. And I had to get help to figure out how to get back to using the app. Older folks who basically helped get Co Op going in the first place, I feel are being left behind. Your app is not user friendly for those who are not into technology. So if you don’t have the app, you miss out on the deals. When I went in and asked if I could have the key, I was told that it was closed for the day. If the store closes at 10, closed for the day should be at 10 PM. When I went to pick up the candy the clerk said it only applied to the Cochrane store. Co-op is co-op and I’m surely not going to drive to Cochrane for a free bag of candy. Your app should be location based if you’re going to screw around your members like this.
