Cali brings tasty choices and good vibes to the Tampa Bay area. We prepare fresh, whole, sustainable ingredients and then we let you be you. Our purpose is to create a menu and a vibe that’s both good for our people and the planet. Our menu of diverse, delicious eats is full of our fave flavors from afar, recreated with our own local. And then, we offer you possibilities. Pretty much everything on the menu can be customized to your taste. You choose the style, the base, and the protein and we’ll do all the work (except for the chewing) What we believe is every bit as important as what we serve. From sourcing sustainable seafood to transitioning almost all of our homemade sauces to plant-based recipes to putting our profits back into the local community, Cali is on a mission to make the Tampa Bay area (and the world!) a better place for our generation and the ones to follow.
