Bienvenido a la Oficina Virtual de Cálidda. 
Ahora la oficina que más visitarás para realizar consultas y operaciones acerca de tu suministro de gas natural es la Oficina Virtual, en donde podrás:

- Revisar tus seis (6) últimos recibos, descargarlos o enviarlos a tu correo electrónico.
- Consultar el detalle de tu deuda y fecha de vencimiento del recibo.
- Conocer el saldo de tu financiamiento y número de cuotas pendientes.
- Consultar la fecha de tus próximas lecturas.
- Revisar el historial de pagos y consumos.
- Revisar la fecha de programación de tu revisión quinquenal y reprograma la fecha de acuerdo a tu disponibilidad.
- Registrar la lectura de tu medidor, en caso se encuentre en el interior de la vivienda y su lectura haya sido estimada.

Hace poco descargué la app y quise revisar los recibos de luz y me salían solo los del 2024 y del 2025 me aparecían 2 recibos pendientes y de meses distantes . Al final tuve que llamar para obtener una información clara. Pésima app.
