新規会員登録して店舗で提示したバーコードが読み込めず、約5万円分メンバーステータスに反映されないため次回のファミリークーポンが届きません。よくあるご質問なんかに格納せずトップに表示して店員の口からも説明するべき。「最近、新規の方がエラーで読み込めない事象が起きてるんですが大丈夫です」と言われましたが、全く大丈夫じゃないだろうと。回答に、「新規の方のエラーの場合、後から購入履歴を追記することは出来ません」とありますが、メンバーステータスくらい反映させてくれよと思います。短くとも12月あたりから解消されてないので解消の見込みもなしですし。印象最悪です。
