This app is excellent. I struggled for a couple years to get consistent and stronger on my own and it was slow and hard and discouraging at times. I barely made any gains, as a beginner. Then I came across Tim and his Califorged app and in about 7 months I’ve grown so much stronger, for example usually hitting 3-5 fairly weak pull ups to now 14 clean. Tim is super helpful and there is a community of encouraging people who you can engage with, get tips and encourage one another. Love it.
