First of all I wish there was an option for Dinning In. Since ordering is now done on screens in store they may as well allow you to order off your phone to expedite the process. Second of all it doesn’t have all the customization options consistently. Ex: sometimes it give you an option to put sides “on the side” and “plain”, and sometimes it doesn’t. The App should also save you previous customizations and allow you to just click and add. Help us regularly order what we know we want more efficiently please!! It also glitches out and forced me to restart my order. Super annoying! ### 2/5 — Very annoying app *2025-05-11, version 3.7.0* The app looks nice, but is very frustrating. Despite me using it numerous times for delivery, it always defaults to collection and I have to go in and save my address. There are no loyalty rewards or any benefit for being a regular customer other than ridiculous coupons that never apply. You click ‘apply coupon’ and it lists ‘available coupons’ and yet they never ever apply to your order. Why on earth does it list them as available to you, if they won’t work?Just show ones that do apply. ### 4/5 — No option to dine in/sit down? *2025-05-08, version 3.6.9* I want to order on the app, but dine in. There's an option to pick up in store, but it'll come in a plastic bag. I want to order prior to coming in, but get standard plates/silverware. You can’t add it to the cart in that situation. ### 1/5 — Customer Care Lacks Care *2025-07-07, version 3.7.2* I recently downloaded the app and signed up for text & email offers and received the Ocean Day $9.99 Cajun Combo Taco Meal promotion that ran for the entire month of June, that claimed it could be used once a day if you wanted to. However, when I clicked on the link both in email and text it took me to the app, but it did not show that promotion. I called and wrote customer care and explained this to them. They insisted it was in my app under offers. I explained it wasn’t there, when I wrote and called back. I then wrote again 2-3 more times asking them if they could email me the code and never heard back from anyone at the company. Why create a promotion then refuse to give the code so the customer can use the promotion? Customer Care Doesn’t Care at California Fish Grill!
