### 3/5 — More app features

*2014-03-21, version 1.2.01*

Info is great. Would like to see some options added like the ability to bookmark or save favorite locations

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2012-03-03, version 1.2.01*

Have to pay? Greedy copware...

### 1/5 — Wow

*2011-10-26, version 1.1*

I was excited to have this resource on my phone while in the field. It's a huge shame it's $85 to use. What a rip off!

### 1/5 — Greedy !!!!!!!

*2011-10-25, version 1.1*

$85 just for mobile access. My department already pays for the software but will not waste the taxpayers money on a $85 fee for mobile. Too bad, I might have had a useful tool if not for CW's greed!

### 1/5 — Don't bother

*2011-10-25, version 1.1*

Don't download it. It's not free if you only have desktop use. You have to pay more for mobile use. Thanks for nothing.

### 1/5 — Sarge

*2011-10-20, version 1.1*

Worthless application. I have to agree with the previous review. Company is trying to maximize their profit by creating a double-dip charge for their established clients. Definitely a waste of time and something I can access from my desktop.

### 1/5 — RIP OFF

*2011-10-04, version 1.1*

My agency already pays your company to use the software. Why would we pay you again to use the same software. CROOKS.

### 1/5 — Really?

*2011-09-23, version 1.1*

My agency pays for CopWare access on all our desktop and mobile computers. Now you want me to pay $85 just to have access on my iPhone? That's a no-brainer. NO WAY.

### 1/5 — $85 is not Free!!!

*2011-09-23, version 1.1*

This is not free when you have to pay $85 to access it on your mobile device. I don't understand how you can double dip by charging agencies and then the officer who want to use this from a mobile device. Guess I will continue carrying around paper.

### 1/5 — ?

*2011-08-14, version 1.0*

Can't get past the login in screen

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Tennessee v garner?

*2021-06-03, version 1.2.03*

All the major case laws are not in this app, not user friendly, absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Like the biggest case laws in LE Tennessee v garner is not in here. The customer service will never get back to you FYI so don’t bother. They put customer service info on their site cuz they’re probably forced to.

### 1/5 — What’s with the updates?

*2018-03-21, version 1.2.03*

Every time I open this app it automatically goes into update. Depending on the area I’m at this can take forever. Such a frustrating app. I’ve turned off, deleted and reinstalled app and still no fix.

### 1/5 — Constant problem in landscape mode

*2015-12-16, version 1.2.02*

For being such an expensive program I would expect a little more! Cannot view this in landscape mode because the screen gets outing whack. No highlighting feature which to me seems pretty basic in a reader type app. I ONLY buy this because there is no other app available on my iPad and/or iPhone.

### 1/5 — This app would be great, on the first gen iPhone

*2015-06-19, version 1.2.01*

Please updated this app to take advantage of larger screens and resolutions.

Please add the ability to book mark as well.

### 1/5 — Only good for cops

*2014-05-20, version 1.2.01*

This app is only accessible by peace officers and not the general public.

### 1/5 — Horrible customer service

*2013-03-06, version 1.2.01*

Been waiting three days for an email with my password... Good luck trying to get ahold of someone on the phone. I've left 3 messages and no one is calling me back. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!

### 1/5 — Crazy to pay for app

*2012-12-16, version 1.2.01*

Have access through department for desktop edition but to pay $85 for mobile is CRAZY and dumb. It's the same login (department user). Cops spend majority of their time in the field

### 1/5 — Do you have $104????

*2012-11-10, version 1.2.01*

If you have an "online" account with your agency, the log in will not work with this app. You have to spend an additional $104 for the "mobile" version PER YEAR. Good luck with that...

### 1/5 — Make this app free

*2012-06-26, version 1.2.01*

I already have a desktop account. Now you want me to pay for mobile? No thanks

### 1/5 — I agree...

*2012-03-27, version 1.2.01*

Should be able to use existing desktop account. So upset, this was my first review of any app in the AppStore!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — 6 Star App

*2014-10-07, version 1.2.01*

This is by far the most used app on my phone for work. This is a "Must Have" for LEOs. Also, I use my desktop username and ID, so those who are saying it doesn't work must have seething wrong.

### 5/5 — Great resource

*2014-05-10, version 1.2.01*

Great tool for the field. My PD paid for access for all members. Easy idea to sell to brass (or POA) if you bring up training and easy way to search case law.

### 5/5 — Good if your department pays for it

*2013-03-06, version 1.2.01*

I had access through my department for the desktop version and it is a necessary reference for CA LEOs. I wanted to try the mobile version years ago, but saw that it costs a lot of $$$ to use so I never got it. Now my department worked something out giving us access to the mobile version for free. Its awesome having this available on my iPad/iPhone so I can look up penal codes or other legal issues when away from the computer.

### 5/5 — Works GREAT!!!

*2013-03-02, version 1.2.01*

I see many ratings stating you have to pay money to access. I used my department issued email and it worked great. I believe my agency paid for this service though. Great tool to have in the field. Highly recommended for any peace officer.

### 5/5 — Ok guys. Settle down

*2011-11-07, version 1.2*

This app is great. My department's license includes access to this app. Check with your I.T. Guy and find out. I got this app up and running 100% free using my department's license.

### 4/5 — Few questions

*2018-05-03, version 1.2.03*

Love the app, but the only the thing is when I go to “ Search and Seizure - Vehicles”. The app kicks me out. I’ve tried reinstalling the app, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

### 4/5 — Great App

*2016-12-03, version 1.2.03*

I use this app all the time. Only thing that would be nice is an option to save or book mark frequently used etc. This would speed up referencing and finding the codes that aren't used as often as well.

### 4/5 — Update the app!

*2014-10-31, version 1.2.01*

Please update the application so it would fit the larger screens. Other than that, love it.

### 3/5 — Good resource book but ..

*2019-08-16, version 1.2.03*

This is a good resource but it is not super user friendly. I need this for patrol and it’s good but I wish I had the option of saving frequently used PCs and a better search feature. When I’m
In the field and want to find some info fast I use google because this won’t pull up what I need quickly enough.

### 3/5 — Good but no 5 screen support

*2015-05-02, version 1.2.01*

Seriously, fix the iphone 5 support and we have a glorious cop app.
