I recently had an issue with the app, and Jason promptly returned my email. Jason also called me, and we were able to fix the problem. Now that’s what I call outstanding customer service! ### 5/5 — Surprisingly good! *2017-03-09, version 1.0.1* This App is surprisingly good. Literally has all the codes. Really easy to use. He’s still pulling down subscriptions and hadn’t updated or changed a single thing on any of the apps in over 4 years. Stay away! The information on the apps are extremely out of date. ### 2/5 — Online Only *2020-05-25, version 1.0.6* No offline functionality = no subscription renewal. I work in a rural area and there’s no cell coverage so when I actually need to reference something quickly, this won’t work for me. However, I found a few VC under the commonly use VC section to be incorrect and emailed the app host, but no updates/corrections. This makes me question the app every time I want to use a code and I would double check with another app just to make sure, which defeats the purpose for convenience. Update.... Connection issues, won’t find codes at all...loading icon just keeps spinning. ### 3/5 — Needs an Update for iOS *2020-10-15, version 1.0.6* I normally love this app but it no longer works with the new iOS 14 update ### 3/5 — Excellent, but UI needs work *2017-11-21, version 1.0.1* I used to carry a physical copy in my bag at all times, but over time they would rip and wear out. A digital copy is a great solution! The user interface is a little choppy and sometimes things don’t load until you re-start the app. Drug dosages won’t load at all for me. This app has great potential to be the go-to source for cops. I’d like to see elements added to offenses within the quick search vs. searching the penal code itself.
