The timer will show the wrong amount of time remaining, it will show advisors as available when they are not but you will have already been charged and cannot get a refund, sometimes the timer doesn’t count down at all, you have to constantly toggle between tabs to ensure that the timers reset to the proper time. The only advice I ever got is to uninstall and reinstall on my phone and a free minute on one call, but months later I was finally told that tech was aware the issue is on the company side and is working to solve the glitch. Considering how often I was charged only to find out the timer and availability features were not working made an extra minute feel like a weak gesture even though the customer service rep was doing their very best. It has resulted in my considering other platforms. Also they sell your info and you must opt out on your own to prevent that. Second reading was vague enough to apply to any person on any given topic. I’ve found that many readers are purposefully slow to respond in the chat, forcing the session to go longer than it should, costing customers more money to get even one solid answer. They tell u things will happen far away so u keep talking to them then when it doesn’t happen they blame you and in the mean time steal your money. No one on there has been right either. They have to use fake reviews for these people. Weird they all have been wrong.
