Previously, this devs apps were one-time purchases, but are now subscriptions.  I can get the same info online for free.

Although updated in Dec. 2012, this omits rules that became effective on Jan. 1, 2013, and which paper copies (Deerings) published in Nov. were able to include.  When will updates with the new rules come out?
