We are in 2026. There is AI (yuck), tap to pay, and other technological advances that make shopping and buying food so much easier. And yet this app feels like it is stuck in 2010 when “apps”were still short for appetizers. Why is my food not in a cart ready to purchase? Why, if I leave the app for any reason either accidental or not, am I forced to have to RESTART MY WHOLE ORDER? Why are there only 3 hot sauces when there’s an entire “Wall of Flame” at your restaurants? Why hasn’t there been a decent update in like, ever? Get with it already.

This app is very poorly designed. Still refuses to accept my existing card number and requires you opt in to both email and SMS spam or otherwise the next button is grayed out. Not worth it. Instant delete.

ASAP checkout is broken. It always says the store doesn’t have enough time to prepare my order. Since the increments are 15 min, then I can’t put an order in because it says the store will be closed even though it doesn’t close for another 40 min. Developers please fix asap
