Really love how the app gives me a 360 degree view of my protocol. I i've been taking reta for a couple of months and it's so awesome to be able to track everything, have reminders, log my meals, and see the number on the scale go down. The meal logging and water tracking is great too. I used to use shotsy and love how i was able to import my progress. Also the developer is super responsive and is constantly making the app better!
