• Beeps now play even if you switch apps or lock your phone mid-rest.
• EMOM: the "go" tone lands exactly on each new minute, and the set's end is announced too.

Nutrition:
• Every meal shows its calories, protein, carbs and fat at a glance — and meals can be collapsed.
• Foods you add appear inside their meal and their values can be edited any time.
• Swipe any item to delete it; removed items can be shown again and restored, and your daily target always stays the full plan.

Training:
• The calendar opens on your current day and week automatically.
• Cleaner exercise screen — the name no longer repeats above the video.
