It is still updated regularly and the creator often incorporates user feedback to make it better. Practical and easy to use. It is constantly developing from the users comments and suggestions in the app forum. Choose a routine, and follow it, consistency is key. +1 star I had a problem with the app and support was very quick to respond and assist with the issue. ### 5/5 — This app finally got me to work out *2018-11-17, version 3.0* It took me a long time to get in the habit of regular exercise and a big part of that is this app. I can design a custom workout, or use the pre-designed ones, schedule it, and then get gentle reminders. This app is like a personal coach, set it and follow the steps. It automatically logs them and backs them up on iCloud so you can use it across devices. ### 5/5 — Amazing App *2017-09-27* This app really gives you a full log to come back to and help me out personally a-lot! As long as you put out work, it does its job, and definitely gives you great routines for short time period like when your on break. Downloaded it and opened it. The initial configuration is super easy, so that’s a plus. I purchased almost all of the options and now their is no option to run the workout? I'm not seeing it. I started off being a fan, but the app isn't working well, some bugs and it's getting confusing. ---- I love the app so far and have spent the extra money on the extra exercises. I'm glad to support the developer. I would like to come beck and review it with 5 stars when the app gets developed further. I love the preset workout routines and the automatic rep updates. However, it’s kind of buggy. When I change reps numbers during a workout, it doesn’t update the number automatically. App is easy to use and get started. I planned my routine with a mix of pre programmed exercises and ones I added in myself. Voice over announces each workout, gives you a rep counts and tells you when to rest. App doesn’t interfere with music apps either, so you can have Spotify and voice over at the same time.
