For example, there is the option of setting up different numbers for 'immediately' or 'busy' or 'no network'. In addition, the call forwarding can be time-controlled, so that the phone rings for a defined period of time and then diverts. This also allows the ringing time for the voicemail box to be adjusted. This app is able to give you the phone codes for variable time-delay call forwarding which essentially mirrors call forwarding when unanswered.
