Today it has crashed every ten-fifteen minutes, no matter what I am doing. Don’t get me wrong but the fact is that some people living in their parents basement spend an ungodly amount of money to stay at the top. Not to mention so many opportunities to spend money on. This game could really be the best out there. 5/5 stars for sure. IF and only if they create special servers with ZERO transactions. We have 600 servers for each continent and all are grinding money. It would really be better if there is just ONE server where it would actually take skill and planning to reach the top ### 2/5 — Customer service is unhelpful and horrible *2026-02-24, version 5.7.0* I got pretty far in this game and got a new iPad. Customer service is a complete waste of time. I started this game in its early stages before they wanted email, etc and now I cannot log into my account without an email. They verified there’s no email but keep telling me to log in. They refuse to tell how to log in without an email. I sent them screenshots of my account info. Answered their “security questions” and they only thing they say is log in. I keep telling them I can’t log in and they keep saying log in. They refused to answer my questions when I ask about transferring my info if I create a new account. The only thing they say is log in. As a human being I’m embarrassed for folks like this. When I played over 8 minutes, it was out game. Did have any system turned on the auto out game mood for the player? How can I play it over 8 minutes? Last night when I opened my game it told me I need to download data worth 1gb to open the game. Now from what I know there were no recent updates so this was strange. I still proceeded to download it and afterwards it told me they were decompressing now and didn’t use any mobile data. Even after all of that the game still wouldn’t open. I told customer service about my problem and they had the gal to say just download what’s required of you. Like I did download everything but it’s still not letting me log in. I told them this and they straight out ignored me. I am never recharging again on this game if they can’t even bother to have good customer service. I am vip7 almost 8 and this is how you treat a player that’s been playing for 3 years?? I missed all of yesterday and today because of this conundrum.
