Each daily deal gives around 1-2 tokens most of the time. Each daily deal is $2.99. Too much tasks. They never end. Very exhausting, and tiring. Ripped off. There was an event that I was able to convert the tokens to tokens for any other hero available in the event, I converted then found out later that only 80% of the tokens were converted while I lost the rest forever. I load the game to play as that character and it’s not even an option only elf, human or orcs. But then it starts to take over a month to complete research and upgrade buildings. They want you to pay to play and it’s not like the ads. This game is not built for solo play and alliances can ruin the game, especially with poor leaders. There is no option to get rewards for most events by yourself if they require multiple rallies. Once you do you will get random charges and it’s impossible to talk to a person. I have submitted multiple tickets regarding an account recovery issue, and every response has been a generic reply that completely ignores the actual problem. I accidentally unlinked my only login method (Google), and now I am locked out of my account. I provided my username, server information, transaction history, and other proof showing I am the rightful owner, yet support continues to dismiss the issue instead of actually investigating it. My account is Spartaaaa on Server 976, and I have spent time and money building this account. The fact that a loyal player can provide proof of ownership and still receive no meaningful help is unacceptable. The ticket system is also frustrating because I cannot even submit another request after receiving a response that did not solve anything. I enjoyed the game, but the lack of competent customer support has completely ruined my experience. If account security and player support matter, this needs serious improvement. ### 1/5 — Unfortunately inconsistent customer service *2026-07-27, version 1.0.5122* I’ve played the game for 3 years and reached the SVIP setting. The gameplay is amazing and I’ve supported the game both financially and socially. However, I’ve just now faced a customer service issue so outrageous I feel no other power than leaving this review. There’s an invisible 30% cost multiplier in the auction hall for pet skills. Normally, this is somewhat visible when you can take your time for purchases. Immediately following the release of a new skill, however, it becomes impossible to see this multiplier in real time because of how quickly the price climbs. This happens within seconds of reset for the 3 days following a new pet release. The invisible 30% multiplier doesn’t become visible during this time. And. If you hesitate for even a minute you will not be able to purchase the skill as they run out of time. The combination of rushing to buy skills along with the lack of visibility in this setting makes it so you can spend upwards of $100 extra dollars without seeing it reflected in the display price until you’ve already purchased the item. I explained this very clearly to the development team and customer service, and their answer was unanimously that “the price is clearly reflected in the auction hall”, when it very much was not. A very easy opportunity to reverse a transaction turned into one that made me angry and will probably keep me upset for quite some time and share this story with my alliance and followers. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-07-23, version 1.0.5122* You guys took my money twice and didn’t give me the deal/bundle I purchased. You’re not running around with your character in full control. You’re stuck in a city building a city and once you hit city level five it takes you hours just to build anything up believe this game and the commercials you’ll see in this game that it’s gonna be like Diablo immortal you know app game where you run around fighting monsters no, you don’t do that. You click on this. You click on that and sit back and let AI do all the work. But I have a f2p account and a monthly account which is it about 15$ a month. If you play and learn min-max your time you can be as useful as these 1000$ player easily. Alliance will help you if you commit as loyal players are needed for war War in this game actually requires human actions there is no idle this is a game of skill and micro.
