It is supposed to automatically record all incoming and outgoing calls and it is not doing well. It doesn’t seem to make any difference whether I open the app or not it just doesn’t work call today it acted like it was working normally when I pressed the call now button and hit dial the phone number it gave me the tone. So then I called my contact and hit the merge button just like the instructions say. I am not new at this and know I did it correctly. After we had our conversation I hung up and Bingo, no recording! So finally I navigated to the settings tab where a big box pops up and says “restore service”. I touch that and it pops up and says your “service is now active”.
