I still haven’t been able to set it up, keeps coming up with an error message that it cannot connect to the server. The help button only tells you how to use the app, no way to contact anyone for support. Have had to request for refund in the end. But the other day I was recording a very important conference call and once the phone call was over I clicked the end button and for some reason it didn't save any of the conversation. I've only had this happen to me twice . First time really wasn't that big of a deal. But the conference call I was recording I really wish I had a recording of.
