Does not work

I am not sure how all the positive reviews but this application does not work. I tried three day trial. The mechanism of recording is very complicated and it does not work it says, and some collies entering you have to open the application and make a call to assist number and then merge both the calls and every time you try to do this the application crashes there is no automatic record, option or anything simpleeven with the mechanism the explain it does not work
