The very first call I received I was able to record, but the person on the other line said it put them on hold for so long they almost hung up on me and that’s the only call that got recorded. The day after I got it, it doesn’t even show that there was any calls that were made or received. I have left several emails and I haven’t gotten a reply back yet. I was willing to work with them but nobody’s responded. If there was any way to get in touch with anybody, I would love to have my money back.
